The third phase of the renowned Polo Towers project, The Villas at Polo Towers, gives new meaning to the term "casual elegance." The decor is reminiscent of the Tuscany region of Italy, with rich Italian fabrics, inlaid Italian marble, granite countertops, and carefully selected artwork throughout the resort.

Luxurious one- and two-bedroom timeshare accommodations at The Villas feature elegantly appointed living, dining, and sleeping areas. All suites and villas offer king beds in the master bedroom. Two-bedroom accommodations feature a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa and can sleep up to six people. One-bedroom units offer a sleeper sofa in the living area and can sleep up to four people. All units are fully equipped with a kitchen, a TV in each bedroom, and a private balcony.

Owners and guests at The Villas can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center that features exercise equipment from LifeCycle, Body Masters, Versa Climb, as well as tanning beds, separate men's and women's steam rooms, and massage therapists. The resort also offers a roof-top pool and spa, and family water park

There is a free shuttle service to several hotels that are not within easy walking distance

Some of the on site amenities include, Bar, BBQ Area, Car Rental , Children's Pool, Outdoor pool, Whildpool, Hot tub, Sauna,Conference Facilities, Grocery Store, Handicap Accessible Units ,Health Club , Laundry Room , Maid Service and 24 hr Security

Currently we are renting this out at about 35% off the regular hotel rates.

Studio (sleeping 2) $99/nt (Sun - Thurs), $149/nt (Fri,Sat) or $199/week

1 Bdm (Sleeping 4) $139/nt (Sun - Thurs), $199/nt (Fri,Sat) or  $999/week

2 Bdm (Sleeping 6)  $159/nt (Sun – Thurs),$250/nt (Fri, Sat) or $1199/Week.

All fees and taxes are included. Min 2 day rentals 

Major holidays like Xmas and New Years may have different rates
