The Grandview
The Grandview at Las Vegas is a 12-story, 624-unit timeshare resort situated on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. Situated on 30 acres of land on the south end of the famed Las Vegas Boulevard, about seven miles from the Strip. Less than one-quarter mile away is the South Point Hotel and Casino, an enormous, eye-catching wonderland that houses movie theatres, a bowling alley, restaurants, nightclubs, a spa and a 4,400-seat equestrian complex. The jewel of the Grandview at Las Vegas is an impressive two-tiered outdoor pool with a waterfall. Kids can entertain themselves in the game room while parents grill out on the barbecues right around the corner.
All one- and two-bedroom units are decorated in a serene, desert sunset motif and feature a king bed in the bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The 800-square-foot, one bedroom units are furnished in cherry wood, and feature pillowtop mattresses and delicate, recessed lighting. The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated for entertainment and enjoyment, and the master bedrooms open into bathrooms with jetted spa tubs. Each unit features a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, range, coffeemaker, toaster, icemaker, full-size refrigerator, and microwave oven. Additional amenities include an entertainment center complete with a 36" television, DVD player and compact disc stereo system, washer/dryer, and walk-in shower/jetted tub. 
Also on-site is a fitness room with cardio equipment, universal machines and stretching area, and a snack bar. Guests can stay connected while in Las Vegas with wireless Internet access in public areas, or stop by the business center which houses computers for guests' use.
